Flanders Food together with Vrije Universiteit Brussel is organising a workshop on 'Photonics4Food' in the framework of 'Industry partnership' of Flanders Food.
An overview of the opportunities to innovate with photonics in the Food sector will be given by top experts. In addition, inspiring testimonials of companies that have made use of photonics to innovate are on the agenda.
The use of new camera techniques, optical sensors and optical systems in combination with AI for food quality, control of food processing and food packaging will be covered.
The event will take place in Roeselare and is free for companies active in the food sector.
